The Precision Mold Division (Kazo City) manufactures precision molds with our original full-hot-runner system for medical equipment like plastic syringe, food containers and lenses. The Mold Division (Kuki City/Nagoya City) manufactures molds and parts for home appliance housings, automobiles, housing equipment, etc. As overseas companies, we manufacture molds in China, and in Mexico and India. We are performing mold maintenance. We utilize IoT with 3D design, 5 axis CNC machine, automatic measurement, and international divide of labor with overseas bases (Mexico, China, India) In medical/optical fields, we are promoting research and development based on ultra-precision microfabrication. In addition, the exhibits include molded samples of medical devices such as syringes, "NIZIIRO-KAKO" parts that utilize ultra-precision microfabrication, and our original Plastic Model "KADENN+NA" . |
