1. BOOTH SIZE

3,000W x 3,000D x 2,700H (m/m)

*This is the minimum unit to be accepted as a regular booth. Applications will be accepted on a booth unit basis. If you apply for more than 4 booths, please choose either double line or single line.
If you have any inquiry about the booth size, please consult with the secretariat.

2. BOOTH CHARGE All cost are included consumption tax.

A. Basic Type (Raw Space Only)

JPY 440,000 / Booth

Exhibitors need to order the booth construction by themselves. If you need some help for that, please consult with the secretariat.

B. Shell Scheme Type

JPY 546,700 / Booth

Shell Scheme type includes wall panels (Back, Side), carpeted floor space, two fluorescent lights, two spot lights, one outlet (100v/300w), one fascia board with the company name, one information desk with a folding chair, electric wiring charge(1kw), electricity usage charge (1kw).

  • Electricity charge (Up to 1kw) is included.
    In case electricity usage is over 1kw, the exhibitor is charged extra.
  • Only 1 company name board, 1 information desk and 1 folding chair will be utilized regardless of the number of booked booths.
  • Consumption tax 10% is included in above price.

C. First Time Package

JPY 581,900 / Booth

Exhibitor who participates in INTERMOLD “first time from overseas” can select this booth type.

First Time Package includes wall panels (Back, Side), carpeted floor space, two fluorescent lights, two spot lights, one outlet (100v/300w), one fascia board with the company name, one glass showcase, one meeting set, a wastebasket, a brochure stand, electric wiring charge (1kw), electricity usage charge (1kw).

  • You can select color for carpet, a fascia board and 2 panels of walls.
  • Electricity usage charge (Up to 1kw) is included. In case electricity usage is over 1kw, the exhibitor is charged extra.
  • Only 1 company name board and 1 meeting set will be utilized regardless of the number of booked booths.
  • Consumption tax 10% is included in above price.

Corner Booth Charge

JPY 66,000

One or two booth(s) applicants are charged JPY66,000 as a corner booth request.

Discount

Early Bird Discount 10% of the booth rental charge

Exhibitors who apply by December 31 will be eligible for this discount.

Bundle Discount for NAGOYA 10% of the booth charge

Exhibitors who applied for INTERMOLD 2024 OSAKA can receive the discount.
This discount can NOT combined with "Early Bird Discount".

3. OTHER COSTS

Exhibitors shall be responsible for expenses necessary for exhibition promotion other than booth fees, such as building cost, electricity, compressed air, rental furniture, travel, accommodation, catalogs, etc. Exhibitors who apply for a Shell Scheme booth will save on booth building costs.

4. POLICY FOR APPLICATION & CANCELLATION

Please be sure to fill out the exhibition application form and submit it via the website. After approval by the secretariat, the exhibit space will be reserved. The exhibitor shall be financially responsible for the space reserved. Payment must be completed within 30 days after the invoice is issued by the secretariat. The exhibitor who apply for the show for the first time must pay the booth fee within 14 days after the invoice is issued by the secretariat.
If exhibitors cancel or change their booths must notify the Secretariat in writing. The date of cancellation or change will be based on the date when the secretariat receives the written notice of cancellation or change from the exhibitor. After the application deadline,exhibitors must be responsible for all or part of the contracted booth fees. Exhibitors must pay the following cancellation fees.

Note :
The secretariat will not accept any tentative reservation for exhibit space. Submission of the complete application form is considered as an official space reservation.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

The secretariat will issue an invoice after processing the complete application form sent by the exhibitor.
Exhibitors must complete payment within 30 days of the invoice date.(New exhibitors must complete payment within 14 days of the invoice date.)

  • Application will be turned down if the secretariat has determined that the exhibits don't fit in the contents of the exhibition, when the space is fully booked, or the payment is not completed appropriately.
  • Payment must be made by bank transfer in Japanese Yen.
  • Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the applicant in both Japan and your country.
  • Please note that the secretariat will not accept credit cards, checks, and money orders.
  • If all or part of the booth fee has not been paid, the secretariat will automatically cancel the booth fee 30 days after the invoice is issued. Please note that the secretariat and the organizer will not be liable for any damage caused by this rule.

6. BOOKING PROCEDURE

  1. Please apply through our website.
  2. After the secretariat has approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
  3. The secretariat will issue an invoice.
  4. Full payment of the booth fee must be made within 30 days of invoice issuance. (See “Payment Methods” for detail)
  5. Your booth reservation has been completed.

For the New Exhibitor

  1. Please apply through our website.
  2. The secretariat will issue an invoice.
  3. Full payment of the booth fee must be made within 14 days of invoice issuance.
  4. After the secretariat confirms your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
  5. Your booth reservation has been completed.

7. POST BOOKING PROCEDURE

FLOOR PLAN

The Floor Plan is arranged by the secretariat after the deadline of the application. It takes a certain amount of time to be checked by several government officials. Exhibitors will be notified after the procedures are completed. *The secretariat reserves all rights regarding the floor plan and no complaints will be accepted.

EXHIBITOR'S PACKET

Exhibitor's Packet that includes Exhibitor's Manual, Application Forms for the exhibition preparation, Badges and so on, will be provided to exhibitors around April, 2023. All exhibitors must check everything in the packet and go over the manual carefully. Exhibitors are responsible for doing the preparation promptly and properly within the deadlines designated on the manual.

*The secretariat will not be responsible for any disadvantage that may arise from the failure of doing the preparation of exhibitors.

8. CHANGE/CANCELLATION OF THE EXHIBITION

Due to a natural disaster, force majeure, etc., the organizer may be forced to cancel or suspend the exhibit. In such a situation, the organizer/the secretariat will refund a part of the exhibit fee to the exhibitors after deducting the preparatory expenses and cancellation fees for the venue. In such an instance, the organizer/the secretariat cannot be responsible for the exhibitors' cost and losses.

(1) Any change of show date or venue

Applicants cannot cancel the application due to the change date or venue.

(2) The refund of booth charge

When organizers cancel the show before or during the show, the exhibitor receives a refund according to the following chart. The bank transfer charge for the refund should be paid by exhibitors
In case the show period is changed, the organizer makes the revised refund chart.

March 1- March 31, 2024 65% of total booth charge
April 1- April 30, 2024 50% of total booth charge
May 1- May 31, 2024 35% of total booth charge
June 1- June 22, 2024 25% of total booth charge
After June 23, 2024 No refund

(3) Accidental force

War, riot, rebellion, civil war, terrorism, fire disaster, burst, flood, property loss, malicious damage, strike, controlled-access, the badness of the weather, third-party suspension, national defense, public health threat, suspension or control by government or local government and others that organizer cannot control.

9. IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES TO ENTER JAPAN

If you are required immigration procedures to enter Japan to attend this exhibition, you shall go through immigration at your responsibility, and the organizer shall not take any responsibility for all procedures including immigration and expenses. Also, when you cancel the exhibition because you cannot enter Japan for any reason, you must pay the cancellation fee to the organizer according to the prescribed cancellation charge in the regulation.
