To protect personal information, TVO EXPRO Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “TVOE”) observes laws and regulations such as “Personal Information Protection Law” and guidelines published by various government authorities.

TVO acquires personal information to the extent necessary for such purpose by legitimate and fair means.

TVO doesn’t acquires “Special care-required personal information” without consent of the person except as provided by law.

TVO uses the personal information to the extent clear purpose of use.

TVO endeavor to update the latest accurate personal information to the extent necessary for such purpose.

TVO takes applicable security measures for the prevention of unauthorized access to personal information, leakage, loss or damage of personal information.

Television Osaka, Inc. deals with personal information which acquire for broadcasting and writing according to the following policy.

The Protection of Personal Information takes necessary measures to protect appropriate personal information management independently and requires to disclosure this content, whereas it excludes application of obligation rule (refer to the same act Chapter 4) concerning personal information which acquire purpose of broadcasting and writing.

TVO assumes for freedom of expression, awakes to a responsibility as a media organization for ensuring the public’s right to know, and ensures appropriate operations reflecting social duties of broadcasting, even when handles personal information.
