Details[1]	FPM-Trinity is an innovative electronic 3D printer that manufactures electronic substrates from scratch. It is an innovative device that manufactures all PCBs additively, enabling single day maskless manufacturing. Specifically, the substrate is formed by inkjet printing of UV resin, and the circuit pattern is formed by inkjet printing of Ag nano-ink. By repeating this process, it is a device that manufactures multi-layer build-up boards and finally mounts components by automated ultra-low temperature process.
