PR message DIJET will exhibit the next-generation cutter "SKS Extreme" which realizes ultimate high feed cutting, and new PVD coated grade “JC7560” for general steel. In addition, we introduce new PVD coated grade “DH102” of MIRROR-BALL insert for high-hardened steel. Regarding the wear resistant tools, we propose new composite material CERMETAL series which will solve your problem.

The name of Item[1] SKS EXTREME
Details[1] ・Next-generation high feed machining cutter advanced conventional tool.
・Possible to high feed machining on fz=2mm/t in case of Max. depth of cut (ap)= 3mm.
・Economical double-side insert (6 corners).
・Insert thickness: 7.5mm improved strength by 1.5 times compared with conventional tool.
・Only single screw clamp prevents movement of inserts with changing corner of inserts easily.
・Adopting new PVD coated grade "JC7560" achieved longer tool life.

The name of Item[2] WILD RADIUS
Details[2] ・Indexable radius cutter with highly efficient cutting for roughing process.
・Body durability is higher than conventional ball nose end-mill, therefore prevents chattering problem.
・Adopting uneven stock material. (Max. depth of cut: 18mm).
・Due to key on bottom of inserts, single screw clamp prevents movement of insert with changing corner easily.
・Adopting new PVD coated grade "JC7560" achieved longer tool life.

Details[4] ・Adopted new PVD grade DH102 suitable for high hardened material.

・Suitable for severe conditiouns, such as long overhung length, welding, plunging, and machining different material at the same time.

Details[5] ・Spot facing drill with point angle of 180°(flat face).
・Stable drilling without pilot hole even if drilling slope surface and crossed hole.
・Due to wide flute design, TLDM achieved excellent chip control.
・Controlled burr in case of drilling thin plate.
・Reduced cutting force by 20% compared with competitor.

Details[6] ・For high efficient heavy milling in general steel up to 35HRC.
・In case of rough milling, jc7560 improved heat-fracture resistance & impact strength, and achieved longer tool life.

The name of Item[7] New generation high feed mill QM MILL & QM MAX
Details[7] <QM MILL>
・Adopted unique 3D geometry inserts with low cutting force and multi blades specification, even if small inserts, QM MILL achieved high speed and high efficient machining.
・Possible to use by low power and compact machines such as BT30.
・Multi blades specification: 10mm dia. for 2N and 32mm dia. for 8N.
・High feed and shoulder milling can be processed with same body.

・Adopted unique 3D geometry inserts with low cutting force(25% lower than conventional tool), QM MAX achieved high efficient machining up to ap=1mm.

Details[8] ・Achieves high-speed, high-performance cutting of stainless steel for turbine blade cutting.
・Insert are arranged in an irregular pitch. Prevents chattering & vibration.
・Possible to select the number of corners to be used by changing the depth of cut setting(4 or 8 corners), and possible to be attached with the same body. And, available now heavy type insert.
・Adopting new PVD coated grade JC7560 improved heat-fracture resistance & impact strength.

1.High drill rigidity
・Over 1.6 times thicker web thickness than competitor's solid carbide drill.
2.An incredibly strong against chipping
・Reduced the helix angle from 30 to 15 degrees. Added corner radius at outer corner.
・Adopted the exclusive thinning for high hardened material.
3.Able to drill high hardened materials up to 70HRC
・Adopting micro grain carbide as substrate which gives chipping resistance and breaking resistance.
・Adopting DZ/DV-COAT which provides oxidization resistance and wear resistance, gives longer tool life.

1.For precise reaming on high hardened material.
