Details[1] | Using multi-function process and machines such as 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center, Machining Center, Multi-tasking Machine, Laser Punch System, Electrical Discharge Machine to produce a precision processed parts. Using the latest laser punch system to produce a precision processed parts. First time in the world, we are using a Micro Stereo-Lithography which made possible a stereo-lithography on a micro-level. This is a technology to insert a prototype sheet metal in the stereo-lithography. You do not have to worry about making a mold. This technology cut your cost and reduce the delivery time. Our special resin could reflow up to 250 degrees centigrade. This made possible to make a printed circuit board assembling which never done by the stereo-lithography. |
