And Amada’ servo presses acquired first certification system of MF eco machine by showing a high energy saving effect. As their option, software of the motion making SMAPS enables the off-line set-up of programming. Also software of the load wave analysis WANS performs data collection analysis of press’s three capacities,such as load,torque,energy. This time the software APINES which is easy to see the operation and maintenance situation will be exhibited. | Details[3] | ‘MX-150’, Multi Process Center(R), performs the most when machining completely until its final process for the complicated shapes by integrating various multi-functions into one machine as the name suggests. For the exhibition model, you can also see the automation for multi-product low-volume manufacturing by automatic workpiece changer. It is a machine integrating high-precision, 5-axis controlled milling, turning and grinding. The processing accuracy is remarkably improved thanks to its tool spindles pivoting independently without accumulating the position errors. Completed by one machine and no need of additional finish grinding process.

| Details[4] | Multi Process Center(R), is a new product to be released as the 2nd model of 5-axis milling and grinding combined machine, following ‘MX-150’. Its workpiece size is expanded to φ350mm × 250mm. In addition to pivot independently, the machine, has gantry structure and an independent rotary table, achieves stable and high-precision machining which does not affect the dynamic accuracy by the workpiece weight. Because of the ATC(automatic tool changer) can hold up to φ150mm grinding wheel, it enables more various ‘Grinding Finishing’.
