| Details[1] | What is the die cooling pipe? This unique device is attached to the mold of die casting and intended for making uniform the die temperature by cooling in a local high-temperature region in order to stabilize parts quality. In the thick wall area, it is effective to prevent shrinkage porosity and it's useful for solder protection for pins and inserts. As a result of using the die cooling pipe, it could contribute to improve the yield rate of parts production and reduce the cycle time.
