| Details[1] | Our promotional products are "Side Gate System"&"Three Plate Type System"mold base that is composed by precision plates (Plate outer size tolerance : ±0.01) and surface grinding. The system offers a choice of different plate thickness to suit designers' application requirements. "Side Gate System" Mould design is simple, with low tooling cost and short lead time, making Side Gate System a favourite within the mould making industry. Three Plate Type System" Similar to Pin-point Gate System, with runners and gates located on different parting lines. Therefore, product and gates are released on seperate parting faces.The less complex mould base structure permits greater flexibility in mould design, and in general lower tooling cost.

| Details[2] | well-equipped with 500 CNC machining centres, employing the most advanced CAD-CAM systems. Our CAD-CAM systems include CAXA, Unigrahics, Catia and MasterCAM. We are capable of carrying out a wide range of machining tasks including rough pocketing, fine pocketing, water channels, gates, slanting holes, 3D profile machining, just to name a few. The maximum workpiece dimension is 2500mm X 5000mm. Requirements such as tolerance and delivery time vary depending on the specific project, but LKM is always ready to give 100% to satisfy customers' needs.
