Details[5] ARTIS monitoring system is ideally suited to monitoring and controlling metal cutting processes
in various types of machine tools.
The status of various components of these tools can also be recorded with ARTIS monitoring system
for preventive maintenance.

The monitoring objects are the load of the machine motor, vibration, the torque of the tool, coolant flow, etc.

Details[6] BRANKAMP CMS (Collision Monitoring System) is a simple but effective system to protect machine tool from collision.
In case of collision, the sensor installed on the spindle will send a signal to the CMS unit that will immediately
send a stop signal to the machine, avoiding or significantly reducing damages on spindle/machine.
Threshold to send machine stop signal can be adjusted from operator.

CMS features:
- Comparing with operator, time needed to stop the machine with CMS is drastically reduced of about 1/1000.
Stop signal is sent in about 1~2ms after collision
- Working force variations are detected immediately
- Date and time of the last 99 machine stop events are recorded and can be checked any time
- Retrofit on existing machines can be easily done

The name of Item[7] BRANKAMP X3
Details[7] Brankamp X3 is a powerful system for machine/tool protection and production quality control.
It can be installed on ball headers, parts formers, thread rollers, progressive and transfer presses etc.
Sensors monitor the process and in case of abnormality the machine is stopped or sorting gate is opened or, depending on the setting,
alarm is displayed.
With X3 up to six sensors can be monitored at the same time and thanks to the 9inch touch screen and use of icons, operation is very
easy also for first time users.Basically three monitoring are performed:
- Forming force peak, for machine protection
- Envelope curve (of forming force waveform) for production quality control
- Forming force peak trend, to detect trend variations (due to wearing etc.).
Using X3 you’ll have the following advantages:
